iPhone 14 Pro Max
Repair in Dothan, AL

No. The 14 Pro Max uses A16 and has ProMotion, Dynamic Island and a three-camera rear system. The Plus is a different model despite its similar advertised screen size. Give the store the complete model name before asking for parts or a quote.

The U.S. model uses eSIM and has no physical SIM tray. That design alone is not a repair fault. If your issue involves cellular service, explain the symptoms and contact your carrier about eSIM or account activation questions.

Identify the camera view, such as the normal, wider or 3x view, and explain what goes wrong. Mention visible lens damage and whether the same issue appears in video. The team can use those details to discuss an assessment.

It is an original Apple video-playback test figure, not a repair guarantee or a prediction for your daily use. Runtime depends on settings, usage and battery condition. Ask what the proposed battery service is intended to address.

Cost depends on the issue, parts, and exact model. We’ll confirm your quote before work begins. Ask about $25 off repairs over $49.99 and our Lowest Price Guarantee. Restrictions may apply.

Same-day options may be available. Timing depends on the exact model, the repair, the phone’s condition, available parts, and the current repair schedule. Call (334) 405-9812 so our Dothan team can check availability and give you an estimate.

Repairs at Selectel Wireless Dothan are backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Ask our team to explain the coverage for your selected repair before you approve the work.

Common screen, battery, and charging-port repairs usually do not erase your photos or data. Back up your iPhone whenever possible before service. If the phone is not working, tell our team about any important files before we begin.
