When does my coverage start?

Coverage begins immediately upon purchase. As soon as you pay the $50 annual fee, your device is protected. You can file a claim or walk into any participating Selectel Wireless store for service right away.

What is the deductible?

Once your device is enrolled there is no deductible, you pay nothing out of pocket at each visit. Just drop off your device, and we’ll handle the rest.

What types of damage or issues are covered?

The plan covers any accidental damage including cracked screens, touchscreen malfunctions, power/volume buttons issues, home button failure, speaker or microphone failure, charging port failure, and headphone jack failure. Water damage is not included.

How do I file a claim or get a repair?

Visit your local Selectel Wireless device repair store, and we’ll verify your device’s IMEI to confirm enrollment. Once verified simply hand us your phone, and our technician will fix it at no cost.
