What devices are covered?

Any phone, regardless of make, model, or carrier. Once your phone is enrolled, it is eligible for unlimited covered repairs for one full year.

When does coverage start?

Coverage begins immediately when you purchase the $50 annual plan. Visit a participating Selectel Wireless store to enroll your phone and get help.

Is there a deductible?

No. Once your device is enrolled, there is no deductible for covered repairs. You pay nothing out of pocket for a covered repair visit.

What isn’t covered?

Water damage is not included. The plan covers the seven repair categories listed above. Contact your local store if you have a question about your phone’s issue.

How do I get a repair?

Bring your enrolled phone to a participating Selectel Wireless device repair store. The team will verify your device’s IMEI to confirm enrollment, then take care of the covered repair at no cost.
