Is there a contract?
No. Selectel Wireless service is month to month, with no long-term service contract.
Is there a warranty on the phone?
Yes. Your phone comes with a one-year warranty. Contact our Springfield team for warranty details and help with a warranty claim.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can change plans anytime you want. Compare our monthly plans or ask our Springfield team to help you choose a plan that fits your needs.
Can I keep my phone number?

Do I have to enroll in AutoPay?
No. AutoPay is optional, but it helps you save on activation. Bring your number and enroll in AutoPay for $19.99 activation. Without AutoPay, activation is $29.99 when you bring your number or $49.99 when you get a new number.
What happens after the first two free months?
Service on the promotional plan is $40/month after the first two free months. You can change plans anytime. Our Springfield team can help you review the available plans.
