iPhone 13 Pro Max repair options.
Start with a diagnosis and a quote for your exact repair.
Screen repair
Cracked glass, dark areas or unresponsive sections can interrupt use across the large display. Explain where the issue appears and whether it changes when you touch or move the phone.
Battery replacement
If the Pro Max no longer lasts through your usual routine, tell us what has changed. Frequent recharging, unexpected shutdowns and battery service messages are useful details for a battery assessment.
Charging port repair
Does the cable disconnect when the phone moves, or is there no charging response at all? Describe the behavior before assuming the Lightning port needs replacement. Our team can assess the problem and explain the options.
Back-glass repair
A fall may leave damage on the back as well as the front. Ask our team to assess all visible damage so your quote reflects the condition of the whole phone.
Camera repair
If a lens cover is cracked or pictures look out of focus, explain which camera view is affected. Tell us whether the issue is constant or appears only when switching between views.
Speaker & microphone
Trouble hearing a caller and trouble being heard are different concerns. Note whether the issue affects normal calls, speakerphone, playback or recordings when you request a repair quote.

Specifications describe the original Apple hardware. Replacement-part features vary by repair option; ask about display features such as True Tone and ProMotion before approving service. Original battery-life or water-resistance ratings are not repair guarantees.
Model details: Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max specifications. Identify your iPhone model.
When long battery life becomes frequent charging.
Apple rated the iPhone 13 Pro Max for up to 28 hours of video playback under its original test conditions, the longest rating in the iPhone 13 family. A phone’s real-world runtime changes with battery age, settings and use. That original rating does not guarantee a result after service. An assessment can help you decide whether battery replacement is the right next step.

Still have a question? Give us a call!
Is a Pro Max screen quote different from a Pro quote?
Ask for the Pro Max specifically. Its original display is 6.7 inches, compared with 6.1 inches on the Pro. Our team needs the exact model, damage and repair requirements to check pricing and parts.
How can I identify my iPhone 13 Pro Max?
Look for Model Name in Settings > General > About. Tap the value next to Model Number to display the A-number. A2484 identifies the U.S. iPhone 13 Pro Max; other regions use different numbers. Bring it in for help if the display cannot be used.
Does the Pro Max have a different rear camera system from the Pro?
Apple lists the same three-camera setup for both: 12MP Wide, Ultra Wide and Telephoto cameras, plus LiDAR. Tell us the exact phone model and camera symptoms so we can check the relevant repair option.
Will a repair make my Pro Max waterproof?
No waterproof guarantee should be assumed. The original IP68 water-resistance rating reflects controlled testing, and resistance is not permanent. Ask what the repair includes and avoid exposing the phone to liquids.
How much will my repair cost?
The quote depends on your exact model, the issue and the required parts. Ask our Dothan team to confirm pricing before work begins and explain any offer restrictions.
Can it be repaired the same day?
Same-day options may be available. The repair, phone condition, part availability and current schedule affect timing. Call to confirm an estimate for your phone.
Does the repair include a warranty?
Selectel Wireless Dothan advertises a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Ask our team to explain the coverage for your chosen repair before approving the work.
What should I do before bringing my phone in?
Back up important photos and files if you can. Make a note of the problem and when it started. Tell the team if the phone cannot be used or important data is not backed up.
