Does Wi-Fi Calling work on every phone?

Wi-Fi Calling is available only on Selectel Global Calling Plans and requires a compatible phone. Device support can vary by model and software version. Your local Selectel team can help check your phone.

Is Wi-Fi Calling included with my plan?

Wi-Fi Calling is available only on our Global Calling Plans. It is not available on other Selectel plans. A compatible phone is also required. Contact your local Selectel store or call 1-877-218-5744 for help choosing a Global Calling Plan or checking your device.

Do I need a separate app?

No separate calling app is needed for your phone’s built-in Wi-Fi Calling feature. Once it is enabled and available, make and receive calls through your regular Phone app.

What if I can’t find the setting?

Search your phone’s Settings for “Wi-Fi Calling.” On some Android phones, it is under Phone → Settings instead. If it is missing or will not turn on, confirm that you have a Selectel Global Calling Plan and are connected to Wi-Fi, then contact Selectel to check device support.
