Eligible home phone numbers can transfer to Home Phone Connect. Our Springfield team will check yours before you switch.
Will my telephone work?
A compatible telephone plugs into the Home Phone Connect device. Bring your telephone or share its model so we can confirm compatibility. The device is separate from your telephone.
What should I bring?
Bring a recent home phone bill or account details and the telephone you want to use. If you already have a Home Phone Connect device, bring it so we can check compatibility.
When should I cancel my old line?
